Alayo, Sormon, 8, left-center and Awio Jackson, 7 remained friends after meeting in Barlonyo camp for internally displaced people in November 2003. When The camp was attacked by the Lord's Resistance Army in February of 2004, Jackson's mom grabbed him and ran. The two boys eneded up with their mothers together in another IDP camp set up in Lira town on the grounds Lira Primary 7 school .
