Derrick Widmark launched Diablo Burger in 2009 using all local ingredients including local, grass-fed, open range, hormone and antibiotic-free beef of Diablo Trust. He now runs two restaurants in Tucson and Flagstaff and is preparing to open a bar next door to his Tucson restuarant that specializes in Arizona beer and wine.
